DHL Worldwide ISO 9001:2008 quality certification

Recently, DHL obtained the global ISO 9001:2008 quality certification in the Americas, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region office and operating facilities.

The certification shows, DHL Global business quality management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO standard, has obtained the individual certification in 100 countries. DHL headquarters and American, Asian and European operations infrastructure has respectively on ISO 9001:2008 standard for audit.

The ISO to obtain 9001:2008 certification, DHL must prove its in all areas of facilities, equipment, personnel, training and service has been applied and efficient quality management system. The certification process DHL is cooperation with the DNV Business Assurance certification body, including facilities detailed evaluation, conduct interviews with managers and employees. Program evaluation covers all functions, including operations, training, development, customer complaint handling and accounts departments.
